The Vornado – 1 Penn Plaza project involved a tenant improvement renovation on the 6th floor of one of Manhattan’s most prominent commercial office towers. The project focused on upgrading approximately 4,900 square feet of interior office space to meet modern tenant requirements while maintaining the building’s existing structure and occupancy classification.

The scope of work consisted of general construction modifications classified as Alteration Type-2, including the installation of new interior finishes, plumbing fixtures, and the construction of non-load-bearing partitions. These improvements were designed to enhance the functionality and layout of the workspace without affecting the building’s structural elements or egress systems.

All work was executed in accordance with the architectural plans submitted for the project while ensuring compliance with New York City construction regulations and building codes. The renovation modernized the office environment while maintaining the integrity of the existing building infrastructure.
